Constituent of the company held a meeting in the headquarters of company in Ranya on 1/7/2006 and the board chaired Mr. (RASUL IBRAHIM MUSTAFA) as the major and concerning the legal quorum of the meeting and the constituent decided on work schedule including the establishment of company, forming general constituent from al founders, approving general body of company, appointing the authorized director with all powers and appointing all the body of administrative and technical body of the company, after deliberation the followings have been decided : General board of Kane Seew Company (for general contract/ limited) convened on 5/8/2018 in its headquarter ni Sulaymaneyah/ Ranya District – presided by Mr. (KREKAR RASUL IBRAIM) as a shareholder and managing director of the company.
